INDEXING DIGITISED DOCUMENTS

MerlinDoc's DocuStor application has a very simple file structure - just as you would have for hard copy.

A volume in DocuStor is like cabinet for hard copy. The contents have identical titling.

Click on Manually index files and it takes you through each document in turn, so you can select which volume it belongs in and, then add the titling.

Click Submit, and that's it - no more searching through the files for the correct location, no punching holes, or fitting pages into folders.
